I remember just as much if not more negative press during the Davies thing
But maybe that was skewed by CB.
BTW- The HC is definitely a weapon for our rivals. Both in recruiting and enforcement (spying/tattling).
I agree with having an honor code. Its a big part of what makes BYU so great and different. But it needs to be updated and administered a little differently.
