Take a look around on CB, virtually everyone moans about the fact that we are
always gonna be a loser to Gonzaga, and now St. Mary’s, even though we have the resources to counter them. Woe is me.
If you think that at Pacific, Pepperdine and Loyola they are saying that if only they invested a couple of hundred thousand $ in luring a high profile coach, spending some money on recruiting plane fares that had a shot at taking down Gonzaga, you are dreaming.
If the only reason BYU is in the WCC is to be beaten by Gonzaga, and if Gonzaga moves to the MWC, BYU must move to continue that scenario, BYU should stay in the WCC and try to be a Gonzaga.

It's a reasonable request by Gonzaga but one I assume the small athletic programs of the WCC can't live with.
