2009 was memorable, we ended the season ranked and beat Utah, plus we had a
great team. We haven't approached that level of success in the last 9 years.

One main difference is that P5 conferences consider independent BYU a P5 game, so it is easier to schedule us

Exactly my point. By moving to ANY G5, our ability to schedule meaningful P5 games is greatly reduced
