Don't forget, Boise and SDSU were all hot to join the Big East as FB-only
members when realignment hit big last time. CSU won't want to be left behind in a Boise/SDSU-less MWC. It's not about BYU. It's about protecting your school. If BYU were to be able to deliver Gonzaga/St. Mary's for basketball to the AAC and the AAC wanted Boise, CSU, and SDSU as full members, they would join in a heartbeat. Such a move would kill the MWC and the WCC.
