You're correct. Most folks on this board don't know the difference and I should
been more specific.
Nobody wants to get on a plane and sit next to somebody with a pooch that the owner didn't want to pay to put in the hold or board at home. My beef is these folks that refuse to recognize that there are some members of society with legitimate needs. There will always be those that abuse the privilege. But referring to a service animal...or an emotional support animal...as an airline pillow is uninformed, intolerant and naive.
