Everything you just listed had nothing to do with the MWC and playing good teams
Indy still wins in that factor.

One main difference is that P5 conferences consider independent BYU a P5 game, so it is easier to schedule us

Exactly my point. By moving to ANY G5, our ability to schedule meaningful P5 games is greatly reduced
