Wilson was pretty limited as a QB. Idk that coaching or Arod was the issue
there.
One could argue Wilson was just not a good QB limited in what he could do. Same with Troy Williams.
I like the approach Arod has taken with the QB's so far. We will see how are QB's perform soon enough. It may help Arod now that he can really hone in on the QB's because he isn't coordinating the entire offense.

Is it possible that the issue was coaching under Whit? I get the feeling he was a little more micromanging than Kalani
