It's because it's genetic. You either do or you don't.
This isn't like disliking broccoli or something. If it's cooked down in something or in a salsa with a lot of acid I can tolerate it. I've eaten a lot of it but it still tastes soapy. I tolerate it, but would you like to shave soap into your food?
