It didn't surprise me when Hayward left. I always had the idea he'd leave when he had the chance. On the other hand, I sense Mitchell genuinely likes it here and was happy to be drafted by the Jazz, but is all about winning. As long as the Jazz can build a championship caliber team around him, he'll stay here most of his career.
