Wilner: PACN may have lowered its out-of conference fees to increase subscribers
SNL Kagan reports that the network average fees have dropped to 0.11/subscriber/month.
Wilner opined that the PACN lowered its fees to accommodate DISH putting it on its basic tier and thereby adding 4.5 million new subscribers.
He projects that the network will distribute $2.75M to each school, in 2018.
