Best book/map recommendation for the San Rafeal Swell?
Looks like I'll be heading back and I want to do some pre-research this time. Is Mike Kelsey's exploring guide still the "definitive work", or are there any guide books you guys prefer? What about maps? I'm looking at getting both Mike's book and the BLM map.
Is there anything better?

I've done Eagle Canyon a couple of times now, but it's time to go explore some of the other areas the region has to offer. For those who haven't been....it's a fantastic place:

Most of the built rigs flock to Moab due to the technical challenge. Most trails in the 'swell aren't technical, but

Also, not far from Slipper Arch is a pass called Fix-it pass. This was the most technical ride we did.
