He bought completely into Bronco’s “just execute” philosophy, which is great as a player but kind of makes you look silly after that. Like a coach is completely exempt from criticism because it’s the player’s job to execute even if the game management, personnel decisions, play calling down the stretch, etc. are atrocious. Arguing with someone like that about coaching is pointless.

Not saying I completely side with DS but I feel like Harline is an opposite extreme.
