You didn't include mine...

The difference between the game during the regular season and during the playoffs. It's a completely different game and really turns me off. The officiating is completely different. You can mug someone in the lane in the playoffs and it's rarely a foul--unless it's one of the star players being mugged.

I just hate NBA playoff basketball. The free-flowing, beautiful game is transformed, almost, into a 48-minute rugby scrum.
