When you fly a lot, it is worth it to improve the experience in whatever way
you can. Once in a while, you can put up with whatever. But when it is multiple times per month, the discomfort really adds up.
Of course, if you fly enough, you often get those seats for no extra cost. (Which is something to keep in mind--some number of the people in the comfort seating didn't pay for the upgrade.)
