I actually would have more faith in Grimes than Kalani....
Outside of his yet to be determined OC results his pedigree as a coach is much deeper and extensive than Kalani.
I expect him to succeed, which may mean Kalani survives as HC. It could all be a moot point.

If Kalani gets canned Grimes would be one of the few non-LDS guys I would find a way to name as HC....
