or really a strict diet at all although I try to keep my calories under 1800 per day and my carb intake low, I don't track it I just don't eat a lot of food with carbs. Similar to you I eat a lot of the same stuff regularly, for instance I have an orange and a hard boiled egg for breakfast most days, a low cal Greek yogurt mid morning, some almonds for lunch although occasionally I have another hard boiled egg or some tuna, not a sandwich just the tuna. I have a pretty standard dinner since I still have 1000+ calories I can take in at that point I just avoid the carbs, usually I eat some sort of meat plus some broccoli, brussel sprouts, cauliflower, squash, or some type of vegetable. I have a cheat day every Sunday where I eat whatever I want for dinner, including carbs, you do need some.
It is awesome that you have kept such close track, and with the amount of weight you had to lose it was probably the right way to do it. Now that you are so close to where you want to be are you in more of a "maintain" mode than a weight loss mode?
