My friend got charged $22,000 for having a stillborn baby
Went into the hospital early one morning to check on the baby (baby was due any day) and couldn't get a heart rate. Knew right away the baby had died. She delivered the baby a few hours later and went home that night...without a baby and a $22,000 bill.

Pretty interesting that most people who file bankruptcy for medical issues also have medical insurance.
