I really hope you holdouts can get behind Kalani again this season. Last season & all its lows were more expected than most of us realized, I think. Significant changes were made, & honestly, our University, Program & AD themselves have bent in the ways that demand attention from our fanbase. Attention & support, I think.
And maybe a little hope too. Kalani really does bring some things to the table our Program sorely needs to get back to the excellence we're capable of. Not all great coaches are built the same, & I don't think the verdict on him is rightly cast yet. Yes, things didn't look good last season, but the timing & circumstances of his hiring (coupled w his inexperience) really left him a steep trajectory to early success from even the good pastures Bronco left us with.
We should be competing with the P5, imo — & making that reality definitely begins with solid recruiting. Kalani really does this at a level clearly superior to all his predecessors, I think.
mutu.
