It's because you're relentlessly attacked no matter what you write. If you write
a pro byu piece that has any optimism or praise, there's a whole slew of people that just begin crushing it and attacking you.
If you write a piece that can be construed as negative about byu in any way or pessimistic, byu fans attack you.
BYU is polarizing. Seems like not a fun gig.
