It's really not that hard. It wasn't too long ago that the Tribune did hire someone who took their job seriously, provided quality content, and reported without bias. Her name was Rhiannan Potkey, and she did a great job on the BYU sports beat. I don't remember any BYU fans having a problem with her, and I know she reported plenty of uncomfortable news for BYU fans without bending over backwards to blow sunshine. She simply did a good job.

Of course, she didn't last. Rhiannan was a victim of past Tribune layoffs.
