I worked at a company who told us they were announcing layoffs in two weeks
So for two weeks everyone was losing their minds and then the day came and it snowed 6-8 inches and most people didn't show for work so it had to be pushed back another day. That was brutally hard for everyone to go through, being dangled for that long.
