Yes, regular old folk will be able to get them without too much effort I think.

Everyone was worried about availability of the SNES classic when it released last year. It isn't constantly in stock, but I think everyone who really wants one has been able to get it eventually and resellers haven't had nearly the success they had with the NES classic. I think it will be the same thing when they release the NES classic again.
