My mother was just diagnosed with early stages of dementia. It's been extremely
sad and frustrating speaking to her. I can only imagine how awful it's been for her. And this is just beginning for her. I feel awful for her. And, unfortunately, I hear it's genetic.

The best thing that can happen in these situations is that the loved one gets pneumonia and passes away peacefully
