The Trib predictably nominated non-Utahan founder of the anti-mormon site "Mormon Leaks" as Utahan of the Year, and allowed him to write articles attacking the Church (and attack BYU......this is the site that leaked the Francis Bernard police video, which obviously has nothing to do with Church doctrine or governance, and was only done to make the Church look bad).

And a big one, in my opinion, was the Trib chasing clicks by having an anonymous comments section, full of anti-mormon bigotry and slander. They turned a blind eye to it because they wanted traffic and clicks from their base. But, real newspapers with integrity recognized the problem a long time ago, and did something about it:
