I mean, they have strength compared to the MWC. But they have such a small population base when compared to the rest of the US. And the time zones matter. People on the west coast will turn on a game that began at 5pm local time - even if they miss the first quarter. But people on the east coast aren't turning on a game that begins at 10:45 or 11:00pm local time. So the east coast picks up west coast viewers, but the reverse doesn't happen.
