How much is it to buy a 1-acre vacant lot in Mesa these days? Potentially lookin
to move and build a home. Just looking at ballpark figures right now.
And a builder said it would cost $100-110 per square foot to build.

Down in Chandler or Gilbert a 1 acre lot is minimum 150k, usually closer to 200k
