No tie. Please don't do a tie.

I think suit and tie is ridiculous. I'm sorry but most interviews are during my work day. I'm not changing in my car. Just look presentable.

Whenever I interview someone that came in a suit and tie I don't recommend them to my boss. I hate formal dress for interviews. Ugh.
