Haha. I'm not even sure what that means.

Nothing fake about a suit. My employer has a very casual dress code, and I expect to see candidates well dressed for an interview. It shows you care. Absolutely insane that you'd ding a candidate because they were well dressed. I'm not a millennial by the way.
