I don’t think this will add to CONCACAF’s total number.
Assuming the three don’t participate in qualifying, the favorites for the other three spots will definitely be Costa Rica and Panama, with Honduras and Trinidad about equal.
But Jamaica and Guatemala have got to licking their chops to get in a Hexagonal (if the format stays the same).

FIFA hasnt decided how to allocate the auto bids yet, although CONCACAF gets 6 bids in the expanded format.
