This could be a way BYU & the Pac-12 could help each other

I suspect part of the reason the ACC is allowed 10 tie-ins is because Notre Dame is considered part of the ACC for bowl purposes. It would be beneficial to both parties if BYU could be added to the Pac-12 for bowl affiliation and that number would be bumped to 8.
