Deciding for yourself and BYU deciding for a church owned university

are 2 much different things. I would be surprised if BYU allows ESPN/away teams in contracts to allow start times past 8pm in the state these games are played in. Intent to flow into Sundays I am sure would be off the table, extended unusual long games that slide into Sunday are not an issue, the intent is the key.

The game doesn't start at 8:45 MST. It starts at 7:45 MST.

We have games in Provo all the time that start after 8pm.
