These are their tactics. They are dishonest and have no integrity at best.

There is no kind of due process of law at all. They are abusers of power and prey on college kids who are mostly from out of town. I've never seen anything like it in any other city. I can't believe Provo city allows them to operate a Gestapo organization within city limits.
