They have more than 3, but with only 10 games, it doesn't make sense to have
more than 3 venues.
Mexico is one of the most experienced World Cup hosts on the planet. They did a great job both times, including one that was a last-minute emergency change (when Colombia withdrew as host for the 1986 WC).
And no offense to the US, but the fan knowledge and stadium ambience will be much better down there than in most US venues.

Mexico has hosted a WOrld Cup on its own, so don't be worried about them. And Canada has stadiums too.
