USU is full of kids (athletes) who dreamed of that coveted BYU offer...
With the new NCAA transfer rules, USU can no longer block transfers to BYU. These kids (USU's high performers) can now freely transfer up, to BYU. They will have been developed through USU, for the benefit of BYU (similar to how Rick's College worked).
Also, BYU's 4th stringers can now freely transfer to USU.
This will be a great thing for both schools.
