beef and I had no prosciutto or bacon to wrap it in. The one thing I did have though was phyllo dough which is pretty close to puff pastry. Anyway, I decided to make the best of it so I grabbed some pistachios and honey I had and then layered together pistachios and some other things like cinnamon etc. I then baked it and then poured a syrup I made with the honey over the top. I don't know, but that was the best beef Wellington that I've ever had, I bet Gordon Ramsey couldn't make it better.
