Is it really that hard to understand? Are non-LDS coaches to dumb to figure it

If it came to hiring non lds coaches I am sure you could bring them in and explain the process and they would get it. I think the issue is most wouldnt want to deal with all the restrictions and constraints put on the program, not that they wouldnt understand them.

I'd like to see BYU drop the requirement that the HC be LDS. I get that they need someone that can understand LDS but
