If they ignore NCAA rules whose violations can have severe and long lasting effects on their careers, how much more are they going to ignore the policies of a school that is most likely just a stepping stone in their career path?
I'd wager that most would have little issue ignoring or even encouraging violations if it will speed up thier transition to a better job. Never mind how his actions affect the players or the shambles the program could be in when he leaves (when all the HC issues he ignored or encouraged come to light).
