I think we still have a losing record last year... however I do believe the difference is that we see steady improvement, something to build upon and get excited about.

The biggest and most glaring problems for Sitake is... still his staff hiring... that was Bronco's biggest problem in my opinion, and Sitake took it to a whole new level. Then Sitake went too laid back, and nobody had a clue how to get it back.

Sitake hired too many buddies and friends... he made promises he should have never made. I do believe that Sitake can turn this around, but it's going to require a lot more than just changing mindset... he has to let go of his buddies as well. Sitake is far more refreshing than Bronco in so many area's... however the area's where Sitake isn't better than Bronco at... he is just awful.
