From my friend it is the most common things we would think: Drinking, drugs, and

premarital sex, but a lot of it depends also on if arrests are made and reporters get ahold of the information. BYU tries to do all that they can to keep things low profile but is also very strict on things that tarnish the reputation of BYU and the Church, which makes perfect sense.
