Ummm... he consistently blamed everyone else. From Linehan to TD to everyone.

Then he fired everyone else blaming them for the poor performance. Now in the last couple months he has started to say it is all about culture and discipline turning things around. He is the head coach and he is Not a coordinator. So one of the few things he is responsible for should be setting the tone for discipline. He is ok saying that the discipline was his fault now that the last round of firings are over.
