As I said, if the OP is correct (that culture/lack of discipline were a major concern) that IS on the head coach
How could it not be? We're strictly going off what the OP said, and that does in fact align with what we've been hearing since the beginning of fall camp last year.
That isn't on offensive coaches. That isn't on position coaches. That comes from the head coach. You said "moral(sic) sucked". Why did it suck? Did it only suck on offense? Why was the morale sucking only on the position coaches and NOT Kalani? Either you're claiming Kalani was merely a stand-offish figurehead (which would be bad), or he deserves a good part of the blame.
