From the President's office for two administrations in a row.....arrogance. It was kind of palpable whenever I heard these guys speak at BYU sports events, sorry to say. I worried this distorted view of BYU's prominence rubbed off on the folks representing BYU in critical expansion talks....especially with attorneys involved. Jury is still out with Worthen, but imho he projects better than his Predecessors.
