Your argument is completely theoretically

I'm saying, when selectively enforces punishment with the HC in order to protect it's public appearance (as in expulsion for at least 1 year for all cases of premarital sex leading to pregnancy, but not in cases that don't), it is showing that BYU places it's own appearances above the needs of those students. Whether hypocrisy or not, I think it's wrong.
