When you compare the writing of star wars and Harry Potter,
It's quite shocking how much more clean and tidy the hp series is. Most if not all the loose ends were tied up. She had a vision from the beginning of the 8 movies to the end and reached it. Quite amazing really. I'm not a hp fan really, i think I've seen all the movies but didn't read all of them; but the overall series writing and creation is pretty impressive.
On the other end of the spectrum, we have the 9th sw movie coming that nobody wants to direct and the head of Lucasfilm wants to quit and nobody really knows where the story goes from here.
