Was he a great player? No. Did he make meaningful contributions for 4 years? Absolutely. Did he then and does he now bleed blue from every pore? Yes – in fact far more than many of the overly critical people on this board. The kid was the ultimate team player and gave it his all. Why do we feel the need to say crap like this about our own? He doesn't have half the athleticism or ceiling that Yoeli has and guess what? He'd be the first one to admit it. But give the guy his due. He was offered a scholarship to his dream school and played (and cheered) his guts out.
