I seriously think that there has never been a time in the last 35 years that there hasn't been some
major I-15 project going on between Provo and SLC.
Can anyone remember even 1 year when there wasn't?
In WA on I-5, it's the Tacoma Dome vicinity. For sure there has been unending construction there since 1988. There has never been a time since '88 that there wasn't some type of construction or re-routing over about a 2 mile stretch there.
