Got a full-time offer today. Partner seems super concerned I will return to Utah
Despite me telling him explicitly that my wife and I both have no family in Utah and don't particularly like the state. Apparently every person from a Utah school they've hired leaves within a couple years to go back to Utah. This is in New York. I keep telling him my wife and I are from New Jersey and there is nothing to worry about.
SMH you Utahns moving back to Utah to live next door to mom and dad are even making it hard on us without family there. Sad!
