Went to a stake conference where Elder Perry condemned Utah-centrism among some

Said families, careers, and the church would often be better off if members were more willing to leave Utah. Particularly blamed women undermining their husbands' careers by insisting on proximity to mom.of course, that happens everywhere to some degree, but the Utah pull among some members seems particularly strong.
