should only be encouraged to report illegal behavior. Everything else should be left to administrators and ecclesiastical leaders. It perpetuates a culture of go forth to judge. Embarrassing and counterproductive to the aims of BYU and the Church.

This stuff happens all the time at BYU. For athletes, Cheer, Cougarettes, BYUSA etc. Some people have to complain.
