Difference between OC and DC
Offense defeated defense at today’s practice.
At conclusion Defense met quickly with position coaches and left. DC was one of the first off the field. He did not have anything to say.
The offense did Group burpees then met with Grimes for approx. 15 minutes of instruction. Then broke up into position groups for more instruction.
O is more organized than D.
